Requirements

You have many years of professional experience (4 years or more) in web development and ideally already have experience in personnel management.
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are no strangers to you, and you are familiar with popular frameworks such as React and Node.js.
You have a basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
You have an eye for design and already have some experience with Figma (or comparable software).
Learning on the job. You are enthusiastic and able to teach yourself new topics independently.
You're comfortable being responsible for projects and have a knack for collaborating in remote teams.
Good written and spoken English skills.
On top of that: You have a basic understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

Independent development and responsibility for new projects
