Job summary

Envisage Recruitment Limited in Germany seeks a Fuel Service Engineer to join our specialist operations team. This hands-on, safety-critical role involves cleaning, inspecting and maintaining fuel storage tanks, with work in confined spaces and at height. Travel is nationwide and to neighboring countries.

You'll work Monday to Friday with overtime for weekends; emergency call-out applies. 70% travel in Germany, 30% elsewhere. OTE around €65,000 with overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fuel tank cleaning, industrial cleaning, environmental services, fuel infrastructure, drainage, or a similar industry.
• Working at Height certification.
• Full driving licence.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home Monday to Friday when required.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in demanding industrial environments.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and safe systems of work.
• Reliable, professional and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out industrial cleaning of fuel and storage tanks.
• Perform high-risk confined space entry and internal tank cleaning.
• Undertake sludge removal and tank maintenance activities.
• Operate specialist cleaning, jetting and vacuum equipment.
• Assist with tank inspections, compliance works and remedial maintenance.
• Work safely at height where required.
• Follow all company health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Travel to customer sites - 70% in Germany and 30% in neighboring countries.
• Represent the company professionally and deliver a high standard of service on-site.

OTE can be Circa €65,000 with overtime

We are looking for a Fuel Service Engineer to join our specialist operations team based in Germany

This is a hands-on, safety-critical role involving the cleaning, inspection and maintenance of fuel storage tanks, including work in confined spaces and at height.

You'll work on a variety of projects, using specialist equipment while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

The role requires nationwide and some European travel

Work is scheduled Monday to Friday, with overtime rates available for weekend work when required

Emergency call out or on call would apply - Typically pau £100 per week to be on call and if called out, you would get the relevant rate dependant on day and time

Key Responsibilities:
