Job Description

Job Title: FTTH Installation and Management Personnel (NE4 Team)

Location: Germany (specific city based on project requirements)

Number of Openings: Several

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and skills, compliant with German market standards)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) projects in Germany, ensuring smooth network connectivity for users.
• Perform fiber optic cable laying, splicing, testing, and equipment installation according to NE4 project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user network issues, providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the NE4 project team to complete construction plans and ensure timely project delivery.
• Communicate with users, address their inquiries, and provide professional advice on network usage.
• Regularly inspect and maintain fiber optic network equipment to ensure stable operation.
• Comply with local German safety regulations and construction standards to ensure safe and compliant operations.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Education: Vocational school diploma or higher, preferably in telecommunications, computer networks, electronic information, or related fields.
• Work Experience:

• Prior experience in FTTH installation and maintenance is .
• Experience in the German or European market is a plus.
• Training will be provided for candidates without experience, but a relevant technical background is required.
