The goal is to take a deep-dive into your technical expertise and career trajectory in order to assess whether you’re the right fit for the role and the team.
This is also an opportunity for you to explore the opportunities for development and growth within the role and team.
At this stage, we assess your technical expertise in the areas that are specific to the role via a take-home challenge/case study. In some tech roles, it is also possible to complete a live coding session instead of a take home assignment
This stage is a great chance to meet your future peers and stakeholders, and ask about the tools and technologies used in the team.
This stage of the process is optional and depends on the role requirements. In this session, the candidate gets the chance to meet their prospective team members and has an opportunity to understand what a typical day looks like at Babbel. The goal is to give a clear picture of the team dynamics and the set-up.
And that’s a wrap! Once the candidate is selected, we will send all the necessary documentation to initiate the hiring process. If the outcome is not positive, we aim to give constructive feedback and we thank the candidate for their time.
