Position Details:
  • You are a competent contact for our demanding and international guests.
  • You coordinate and ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
  • You assist guests from check-in to check-out.
  • You independently manage the cash register during your shift.
  • You handle the phone system and guest correspondence, including complaints.
  • You support the preparation and execution of the monthly financial closing.
Qualifications:
  • Completed vocational training in hotel management and/or initial work experience in a similar role.
  • Good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency with hotel-specific computer programs, preferably OPERA.
  • Team-oriented and sales-driven work approach.
  • Well-groomed appearance and good manners.
