Your responsibilities
Reception and Guest Services
  • Provide 24-hour reception service and tourist information
  • Organize boarding and disembarkation with the Hotel Manager
  • Handle passenger complaints
Official Tasks
  • Check passenger and crew lists daily, issue departure notices
  • Issue necessary documents and operate the security system
  • Manage duty rosters and supervise staff
  • Issue pay slips and conduct appraisals
  • Train and promote staff with potential
  • Manage office keys, materials, and printed matter
  • Maintain and monitor office systems like Fidelio and MICROS
  • Set up staff in MICROS and Fidelio, and cooperate with other departments
Accounting Tasks
  • Maintain daily reception cash book and handle currency exchanges
  • Review cash register and accounts with the Hotel Manager
  • Issue travel expense statements
Your profile
  • Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or similar
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of Fidelio Cruise and MICROS POS systems preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
