We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual for a two-year, onsite position. In this multifaceted role, you will be the face of our office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting internal teams and external partners alike. If you're ready to take on a central role in a dynamic work environment, we look forward to hearing from you.

YOUR TASKS
  • You will be the first point of contact at our reception desk for our service providers and partners in our building, as well as for the entire team
  • You will welcome our guests and answer incoming calls
  • You will take care of incoming and outgoing mail and outgoing mail, international parcel shipping, and handle all non-technical purchasing orders
  • You will organize trips and assist with the planning and implementation of events.
  • You will manage and maintain the company cell phones and contracts and the vehicle fleet
  • You will support the back office and finance team in their day-to-day operations
YOUR PROFILE
  • After completing your training in hotel management or in a commercial field, you have already gained several years of relevant professional experience at the front office/reception desk. reception
  • You have strong organizational skills and enjoy working with people
  • Your friendly and helpful nature is contagious and helps you quickly connect with others
  • You are fluent in German and also feel confident to communicate in English
  • You and are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • You are highly independent, flexible, and reliable
