We are looking for a Front Office Manager who can take our newly renovated hotel to new heights! Someone who is not shy to roll up their sleeves and elevate the Front Office to the next level.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead all short-, mid-, and long-term operations in the Front Office department.
  • Ensure ultimate guest satisfaction — your top priority.
  • Monitor, optimize, and introduce new standards where needed, and train your team accordingly.
  • Support your team’s success planning and professional development.
  • Prepare various business reports.
  • Keep departmental costs under control and within budget.
  • Contribute to the hotel's strategic planning and target setting.
  • Be a role model for leadership and motivation.
  • Play an active role in recruiting and conducting interviews.
  • Conduct trainings, evaluations, and feedback sessions with your team.
  • Ensure thorough onboarding for new team members.
  • Participate in the rotating Manager on Duty schedule (including weekends).
