Salary: €42.000 - €46.000 Bruto + 15% KPI bonus
The Role:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing the Front Office department and team, ensuring a friendly, helpful, and responsive service for guests and customers.
What you’ll do…
- Create memorable guest experiences that encourage repeat visits.
- Lead and develop a high-energy team, setting goals and fostering an environment where team members can be themselves.
- Support Duty Managers and collaborate with teams on sales strategies to maximize occupancy.
- Manage departmental costs, ensuring expenses align with budgets.
- Train staff on hotel Standard Operating Procedures and continuously seek process improvements.
- Maintain good relationships with other departments such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B.
- Be fully knowledgeable about health and safety procedures and policies.
- Participate in hotel crisis and fire teams, understanding all related procedures.
- Uphold high standards of customer service for both external and internal clients, building long-term relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Assist the sales and marketing team with site inspections and promote hotel facilities.

- Experience in providing excellent guest experiences, whether for staying guests or visitors.
- Background in a similar role or as an Assistant, with proven success in Front Office operations.
- Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera or similar property management systems.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekdays, and weekends.
- Strong leadership skills, leading by example and fostering a positive team environment.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
- Fluent in English and German.
