Your Responsibilities:
  • Reception, greeting, and customer and partner care
  • Correspondence via phone and email
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including packages
  • Coordination and preparation of conference rooms for meetings
  • Ordering and managing office supplies and kitchen stocks
  • Acting as a point of contact for colleagues
  • Handling other administrative tasks
Your Profile:
  • Initial professional experience in a comparable role, ideally with a commercial apprenticeship
  • Fluent German and good English skills, spoken and written
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong service orientation
  • High flexibility, reliability, quality awareness, and discretion
