We are seeking an exceptional and passionate Front Office Agent to join our team and support the Front Office department. Nuts and Bolts of the Job

You will ensure our guests feel welcomed and well-assisted, with reception being the heart of our hostel. Your service will significantly contribute to guest satisfaction. You will report directly to the Front Office management and work with a team of up to 7 colleagues to ensure smooth operations. Guest satisfaction is our weekly benchmark. Other duties may be assigned as required.
