Front of House / Administrative Assistant (m / f / d)

Company :

We are seeking a Front of House / Administrative Assistant (m / f / d) at our Berlin location. As the face and voice of Boeing, you will create a warm and welcoming environment for visitors, including customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partners. Your role is vital in representing both your facility and the entire Boeing Company.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Manage lobby and other common areas, ensuring they are spotless and professionally maintained.
  2. Assist with arranging visits, meetings, conferences, and guest events.
  3. Provide reception and guest management services, including answering calls and reserving conference rooms.
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  5. Coordinate vendors for events and office maintenance.
  6. Collect and organize data for processing and maintain electronic information systems.
  7. Order and manage office supplies, including stationery and kitchen items.
  8. Support financial tasks, including invoice management and answering queries from our finance department in Amsterdam.
  9. Identify and report safety hazards and support employee onboarding/offboarding.
  10. Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Note: This role is 100% onsite. The dress code requires corporate clothing (navy blue uniform expensed by the company). This is a full-time position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :
  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :
  1. Relevant experience in hospitality, travel, or a multinational company.
  2. Strong teamwork, time management, and customer service skills.
  3. Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
  4. Abitur, Fachabitur, or completed commercial training with relevant experience.
