Join our team as a Front Desk Administrator in our Munich Garching office! You will play a vital role in maintaining the office environment and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors, internal and external clients
  • Keep the office tidy and presentable
  • Operate the switchboard and direct clients to relevant departments
  • Answer questions and handle complaints
  • Manage conference room bookings and appointments
  • Record, file, and track all courier activities and mail
  • Oversee reception duties, office appearance, and utilities
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager on local facilities
  • Maintain a database of suppliers and service providers
  • Issue keys to employees and visitors
  • Order stationery, office supplies, cleaning, and catering materials
  • Maintain inventory of office equipment
  • Process incoming invoices, obtain approvals, and forward to relevant departments
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by your line manager
