Dataciders Catenate is an IT consulting company with offices in Munich and Sofia. With our experts, we offer customers services in the areas of business integration and analysis as well as innovative software technologies and solutions. Since 2001, we have been helping to connect companies with customers, employees, suppliers and service providers - like the links in a chain. Our goal is to reduce interface problems with external and internal value creation partners.

For our Front and back office we are looking for a committed organizational talent at our Munich location with immediate effect and would be delighted to welcome you to our team! We would be delighted if you could contribute to our growth and further development as a

Front and back office assistant (f/m/d)

contribute. The position is currently planned at 20 hours per week (possible expansion to 30 to 40 hours per week in the future). Career starters with relevant internships welcome!

What you can expect in your new job

  • Reception at the office in Munich
  • Administrative activities to support day-to-day business in the back office and general office organization
  • Data entry and maintenance in the company-specific IT system (e.g. Vertec, digital document management system)
  • Cash accounting
  • Checking and processing credit cards and expense reports
  • Support in maintaining a safe and clean working environment
  • Management of office supplies and ordering
  • Filing
  • Occasional presence in our sister office in Garching

What we want from you

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office management assistant
  • Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, MS Teams)
  • Independent, organized and structured way of working
  • Reliability
  • Flexibility to familiarize yourself with new processes
  • Excellent knowledge of German (C2)
  • Good knowledge of English (B2)
  • Car driver's license advantageous
