We are a French‑German family living in Berlin‑Gesundbrunnen with two young children who are 1 and 3 years old. Starting in April, we are looking for a caring nanny, preferably French‑speaking, with experience caring for young children.

Schedule

10–20 hours per week, mainly weekday mornings (around 9 am–1 pm) at our home. A minijob is possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and secure relationship with the children.
• Support the children’s autonomy, curiosity, and free expression.
• Use a non‑authoritarian approach that respects each child’s rhythm.
• Promote equality and avoid gender stereotypes.
