Native Nanny GmbH is seeking an English-speaking Early Childhood Educator / Nanny to care for a 2-year-old daughter. The role is twice weekly, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM, at the family home in Solingen.

The position focuses on introducing English through songs, stories, and playful activities in a private garden setting. We value pedagogy background or extensive toddler care experience, plus energetic, creative enthusiasm.

Seeking an English-Speaking Early Childhood Educator / Nanny (2x/week)

About Us & The Role We are a loving family looking for a warm, creative, and experienced English-speaking pedagogical caregiver for our 2-year-old daughter. Since she does not speak English yet, our goal is to introduce her to the language in a fun, natural, and engaging way.

The care will take place at our home, including our private garden equipped with our own playground.

Schedule & Hours

• Days: Twice a week – Monday & Friday mornings
• Hours: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 hours per session)
• Location: our home

Key Responsibilities

• Vocabulary Expansion: Building basic English vocabulary through songs, storytelling, and active play in the house and garden.
• Early Literacy & Fine Motor Skills: Introducing letters and fun pre-writing activities (tracing shapes/lines, coloring, fine motor exercises).
• Engaging Care: Creating a supportive, playful environment focused on early language development.

Requirements

• Native or fluent English speaker.
• Educational background (Pedagogy, Early Childhood Education, or similar) or extensive toddler care experience.
• Patient, energetic, creative, and enthusiastic about early childhood development.
