What you will do in this role

As an Sales Agent (m/f/d) in our French Social Media Sales Team you will:

• Contact existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email.
• Identify sales opportunities and provide your business contacts with the best solution for their business goals.
• Analyze marketing campaigns on behalf of your customers.
• Carry out digital campaigns on behalf of your client and monitor success.
• Identify campaign trends and act early on challenging developments in your customer campaigns.
• Sustainably improve the customer experience by promoting optimal and appropriate product use.

Your qualifications

• Fluent in word and speech in French (minimum C1) and very good command of English (at least B2 level)
• At least 1 year of experience in sales – commercial mindset, sales driven, entrepreneurial thinking and strong influential skills
• Would like to become an expert on all Social Media Account Advertising solutions
• Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Guarantee a full‑time valid working visa for Germany – no student visa accepted

Ideally you already have

• Experience in social media and/or digital marketing
• Strong sales‑oriented outlook, entrepreneurial thinking and 'go the extra mile' attitude
