Business Development Manager (French Speaker) (m / f / d)

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing IT company, is seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager (French Speaker) to help expand its presence in French-speaking markets and grow key accounts.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities in Francophone regions (e.g., France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers at the executive level
- Develop and execute growth strategies, including market research and competitive analysis
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches in both French and English
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients and partners
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, and customer success teams to align offerings with client needs
- Track and report on KPIs, sales forecasts, pipeline status, and revenue targets
Your Profile
- Native or fluent French; excellent English skills; German is a big plus
- Proven experience in business development / sales in the IT or software sector
- Demonstrated success in opening up or growing markets or clients in French-speaking regions
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Strategic thinker; able to develop plans and execute them autonomously
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and in tracking / managing KPIs
