Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a tax support specialist to assist clients by phone and email for professional and consumer tax software. You will de-escalate tense interactions using active listening and apply policies to resolve routine issues.

Responsibilities include logging customer orders, participating in software quality-control testing, drafting standard FAQ responses, and reporting recurring issues to the supervisor.
