To launch our MVP and webshop were looking for an experienced Project Manager who thinks ahead drives progress and keeps all moving parts aligned fully remote and with real responsibility from day one.

Responsibilities

• Own the full delivery of our custom web app and webshop
• Translate goals into actionable plans in ClickUp
• Coordinate between design, tech and marketing contributors
• Spot and solve blockers early
• Identify hiring needs and help source freelancers
• Onboard and manage contractors
• Share weekly updates with founders

Requirements

Youre structured, hands-on and you get things done. You know how to manage complex projects and keep everyone aligned without needing hand-holding.

You have :

• Experience managing web apps or e-commerce builds
• Confidence working with designers, devs and marketers
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, Slack (or similar tools)
• A track record of shipping under deadlines
• Experience working with or hiring freelancers
• A proactive ownership-driven mindset
