The Digital Career Institute (DCI) is looking for a Web Development Trainer to support our German-language course and help participants transition into the digital world.

Our Web Dev class meets in a live virtual setting from Monday to Thursday mornings.

Are you an experienced Web Development specialist eager to share your expertise and enthusiasm as a virtual lecturer?

We prioritize topical and high-quality course content, providing motivated graduates with the best start to their careers.

The course includes ready-made slide decks for teaching theory and detailed practical application information.

Your purpose: You will guide participants from basic computer literacy to earning their first certificate within a year, helping them secure their first job in IT.

You will be able to convey complex content creatively and engagingly, adapted to varying knowledge levels among participants.

You are familiar with online teaching tools and embrace a learning culture, including making and learning from mistakes.

Your Tasks

• Implement the teaching content successfully, focusing on practical relevance, and train students to become digital pioneers.
• Provide advice and support for content-related questions and foster a trusting, personality-promoting relationship.
• Contribute ideas for course optimization and continuous evaluation to enhance the learning experience.

Your Skills

• Successful completion of studies in programming or equivalent training or further education.
• Several years of professional experience in Web Development.
• Enthusiasm for tech topics to ignite passion!
• Enjoy knowledge transfer and online teaching; prior teaching experience is a plus.
• Creative methods for theory-practice transfer.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills, with high empathy.
