Lead end-to-end user research initiatives around key product and strategy questions
Develop internal research guidelines and foster a strong user-centered culture
Coach teams on research methods and share your best practices
Conduct playtests and interviews with kids and parents – both remotely and in-person
Grow and manage our community of families and kindergartens and organize regular testing sessions with them
Synthesise your findings and translate them into actionable insights for product teams
have 3+ years experience in qualitative user research (B2C, digital products)
bring full-cycle research skills: from scoping to synthesis
come with strong communication skills and empathy – especially when working with kids
are fluent German (for interviews and playtests are in German)
and English (for internal team collaboration)
are based in Berlin or Munich – in-person testing is part of the role
Experience working with children is a big plus
