Are you passionate about developing people and making an impact through training? We are looking forFreelance Training Specialiststo collaborate with Accor’sAcademy teamand provide engaging training sessions for our hotel and support office teams in Austria.

If you have experience in thehospitality industry or related fieldand enjoy delivering impactful training insoft skillssuch as emotional intelligence, stress management, and commercial mindset, we’d love to hear from you!

What will you do?

• Deliver engaging training sessionsto hotel staff, focusing on essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and customer service excellence.
• Adapt and personalise Accor's training contentto suit the specific needs of each team, ensuring relevance and maximum impact.
• Facilitate interactive workshopsthat promote a hands-on, participatory learning environment, encouraging employees to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
• Support and mentor employees, providing practical guidance to enhance their confidence and performance in customer-facing roles.

Qualifications

Our ideal profile would be:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experienceas a Training Specialist, ideally inhospitality.
• Fluent inEnglish and German, French would be an asset,of the country you will be training in.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
