Job Description :

We are expanding our team at Burani Interfood Bulgaria EOOD and are looking for FREELANCE Traders who are passionate about negotiation and eager to succeed.

Attention! Preamble : We face challenges in explaining the real activity of a TRADER, which can lead to misunderstandings and wasted time. Therefore, here is a detailed explanation of what a TRADER does:

  • The trader understands the business and enhances the value of each customer and supplier managed;
  • The trader negotiates prices to close deals;
  • The trader understands and anticipates the needs of customers and suppliers;
  • The trader manages relationships with autonomy and professionalism, aiming to close deals;
  • The trader closes deals and strives to meet company budget goals, earning bonuses;
  • The trader is considered a partner of the company and is typically compensated with approximately 35% of the profits from closed deals.

The key difference between a trader and roles like data entry, secretary, back office, or interpreter is that traders actively create business, whereas others perform mechanical tasks.

P.S. : We are seeking highly professional traders who aim to reach their budget goals and earn substantial bonuses. Top traders often earn over €6,000 per month, with no maximum earning limit, as bonuses are a percentage of profits generated.

As a Freelance Trader, you will be able to :

  • Develop and manage a diversified portfolio of customers and suppliers, identifying growth opportunities;
  • Exceed sales targets through new customer acquisition and relationship management;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating pre-sales and post-sales activities;
  • Meet and surpass weekly and monthly KPIs;
  • Build internal relationships and stay updated on market trends;
  • Identify growth opportunities via lead follow-up and research;
  • Engage with potential customers and suppliers to understand needs and offer solutions;
  • Drive the sales process to secure new business and maintain existing relationships;
  • Generate and qualify leads to ensure a healthy sales pipeline;
  • Source, negotiate, and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships aligned with business goals.

We are looking for someone with :

  • Multilingual proficiency: Fluent in GERMAN and at least C1 level in English or Italian. Additional languages are a plus.

Candidates should be able to adapt to specific time zones and reside in the corresponding countries based on language skills:

  • Tagalog speakers in the Philippines
  • Portuguese and Spanish speakers in South America
