Job Description :

We are expanding our team at Burani Interfood Bulgaria EOOD and are looking for FREELANCE Traders who are passionate about negotiation and eager to succeed.

Attention! Preamble : we are facing difficulties in making candidates understand the real activity that a TRADER has to carry out, which leads to considerable waste of time for both parties. Therefore, let's explain in detail who a TRADER is and what they do :

  • The trader understands the business and enhances each customer and supplier they manage;
  • The trader negotiates prices to close deals;
  • The trader understands and anticipates the needs of their customers/suppliers;
  • The trader manages their relationships with autonomy and professionalism with the goal of closing deals;
  • The trader aims to meet budget goals and earn bonuses, with potential earnings over €6,000/month, as bonuses are a percentage of profits generated from their deals;
  • The trader acts as a partner to the company, sharing in the profits from their successful deals.

The difference between a trader and roles like data entry, secretary, back office, or interpreter is that traders create business, whereas others perform mechanical tasks.

P.S. : We are seeking only HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL TRADER candidates who aspire to reach and exceed their budget goals. The top traders typically earn over €6,000 per month, with no upper limit on bonuses, which are based on profits from closed deals.

As a Freelance Trader, you will be able to :

  • Manage and grow a diversified portfolio of customers and suppliers, identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Exceed sales targets through new customer acquisition and relationship nurturing.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Meet and surpass weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Build internal relationships and stay updated on market trends.
  • Identify growth opportunities via lead follow-up and research.
  • Engage with potential customers and suppliers to understand needs and offer solutions.
  • Drive the sales process to secure new business and retain existing relationships.
  • Generate and qualify leads to ensure pipeline quality.
  • Source, negotiate, and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships aligned with business goals.

We are looking for someone with :

  • Multilingual proficiency: Fluent in GERMAN and at least C1 in English/Italian. Additional languages are a plus.

Candidates should be able to adapt to different time zones and reside in the respective countries based on their language skills:
