We are looking for a Freelance Sales Manager (Vietnamese speaking) to join our team in Berlin! This is an onsite position for our Berlin office!

TastyUrban is a fast-growing multi-brand food franchise that collaborates with internationally acclaimed chefs to develop market-leading, delivery-first food concepts. These innovative brands are licensed to local restaurant partners, allowing us to seamlessly integrate exceptional culinary experiences into delivery platforms. With a current portfolio of four distinct food brands, we are redefining convenience dining through creativity and exceptional customer engagement.

As a Freelance Sales Manager (Vietnamese-speaking), you will play a key role in growing our brand presence in Berlin by pitching our portfolio to local restaurants and driving new partnerships. With a highly attractive commission-based structure, your entrepreneurial mindset and sales expertise will directly influence both company growth and your personal success.

Responsibilities
  • Actively pitch and present our food brands to restaurants and hospitality partners in Berlin.
  • Negotiate deals, secure new partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers, particularly within the Vietnamese-speaking community.
  • Provide feedback from the market to the marketing and operations teams to refine offerings and strategies.
  • Represent TastyUrban professionally, ensuring brand values are communicated clearly.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent Vietnamese speaker with strong German and/or English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the food, beverage, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently.
  • Based in Berlin with a good understanding of the local restaurant and food service market.
