This freelance role is commission-based, with earnings directly tied to successful candidate placements.

Position: Freelance Recruitment Partner

Location: Remote

Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice

Remuneration: Commission per placed candidate

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to find and attract top talent
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and identify the best fit for roles
• Collaborate with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure smooth recruitment processes
• Maintain a pipeline of talented candidates and build lasting relationships
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Keep candidate profiles updated in our ATS for future reference

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to source candidates both within and outside of Germany
• Experience recruiting internationally and flexibility with roles
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques (preferred)
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software (preferred)
