To help us do that, we’re looking for a proactive personal assistant to manage everyday tasks, logistics, and communication, so our founders can focus on growing the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage personal and professional calendars, including travel, appointments, and day-to-day scheduling.
  • Book and coordinate travel (flights, hotels, transportation) and prepare itineraries.
  • Handle personal errands and household admin (e.g., doctor visits, mail, service providers).
  • Purchase and manage gifts, subscriptions, and personal items or equipment.
  • Plan small events, celebrations, and vacations based on preferences.
  • Triage inboxes and support with non-sensitive communication across email and LinkedIn.

Who you are

  • Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant, ideally in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Fluent in German and English - written and spoken.
  • Highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to manage many moving parts.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Tech-savvy: you love Notion and use it to organize your life.
  • Must be based in Berlin.
