About the Role We are looking for an experienced Pega Systems Architect to join a leading enterprise client on a range of mission-critical digital transformation projects. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Pega-based business solutions, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to long-term Pega development strategy within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end Pega solutions using best practices and guardrails
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Oversee configuration, design, integration, and deployment of Pega PRPC applications
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega standards
• Optimise system performance and scalability
• Act as a Pega SME to support delivery teams

Key Skills & Experience

• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) and/or Lead System Architect (CLSA)
• Proven experience designing and delivering solutions using Pega PRPC
• Strong understanding of case management, decision rules, integrations (SOAP/REST)
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Previous experience in financial services, government, or insurance (preferred)
