A global language learning community is seeking a Community Moderator to ensure respectful and engaging interactions among users. The role involves reviewing member reports, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with the community team. Location: remote, comfortable to work between 12:00 and 16:30 (UTC +3). The working hours could be adjusted.
As a Community Moderator, you will be responsible for cultivating a safe and vibrant space for meaningful language exchange. Your primary focus will be to ensure that interactions remain respectful, engaging, and in line with our Community Guidelines. A strong command of English and exceptional intercultural communication skills are essential for this role. Prior experience in customer support or content moderation is highly valued, and proficiency in multiple languages is a definite advantage, helping us cater to our diverse global community more effectively.

This role is pivotal to the smooth operation and growth of Tandem. You will report to the Community Manager and work closely with other community moderators.
