Zusammenfassung

Une entreprise technologique en pleine croissance recrutent un Technicien de Support Technique pour fournir une assistance de niveau 1 et 2. Vous travaillerez directement avec les utilisateurs pour résoudre des problèmes liés à Office 365 et assurer le bon fonctionnement des infrastructures réseau. Ce rôle exige une autonomie et la volonté de voyager occasionnellement dans la région DACH pour fournir un support sur le site des clients.

Qualifikationen

  • Expérience en support technique de niveau 1 et 2.
  • Maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais requise.
  • Capacités à travailler de manière autonome.

Aufgaben

  • Support des utilisateurs sur les applications Office, notamment Office 365.
  • Support réseau pour les pare-feux, les switches et la connectivité.
  • Gestion des demandes d'escalade pour des problèmes techniques plus complexes.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Level 1 Support:

  • End-user support for Office applications, particularly Office 365
  • Initial setup and deployment of new computers using internal tool - training will be provided (knowledge Autopilot should be a definite plus)
  • Introduction and onboarding of users to company IT tools
  • Printer support and troubleshooting

Level 2 Support:

  • Support for network-related topics: firewalls, switches, and connectivity
  • Escalation point for more complex technical issues
  • Collaboration with the French Level 3 team (training opportunities available to eventually handle some Level 3 topics independently)

Qualifications

Tools & Technologies:

  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD administration)
  • ServiceNow for ticketing and incident management
  • Use of company-specific deployment and support tools

Essential experience/skills:

  • Fluent in German and English (French is a plus for remote collaboration with the French team)
  • Experienced in both Level 1 and Level 2 IT support
  • Comfortable working autonomously (no backup needed)
  • Willing to travel occasionally to other DACH-region sites for support
