Une entreprise de développement de logiciels en pleine croissance recherche un conseiller juridique pour soutenir son équipe. Ce rôle vous permettra de travailler sur des contrats variés, d'assurer la conformité juridique et d'apporter des conseils légaux. Ce poste est proposé pour une durée de six mois, impliquant une coopération avec de nombreux parties prenantes internes et externes.

Qualifikationen

• Expérience minimale de 3 à 6 ans après admission à l'examen d'État.
• Connaissance des contrats technologiques et des accords de traitement de données souhaitée.
• Expérience antérieure en tant que conseiller juridique interne recommandée.

This is an exciting opportunity to join and support the legal team of a high-growth software development business in a supportive and innovative work environment for six (6) months. As a Legal Counsel, you will work closely with the Senior Legal Counsel and Vice President of Legal to provide legal support and assistance across DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) businesses.

Responsibilities

• Analysing, summarising, advising on, drafting and negotiating all kinds of contracts between customers and vendors, including software and SaaS agreements, order forms, novation agreements and variation agreements
• Assisting with the legal requirements of RFPs / Tenders
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and corporate policies
• Negotiating with outside parties on contractual issues
• Assisting in managing legal risks within the business
• Providing legal advice to a wide range of internal stakeholders, including account managers, sales and service delivery personnel
• Supporting contract renewals and variations
• Supporting with customer claims, disputes and collections

Required Experience

• Qualified solicitor in the Germany with at least one state exam or Austria with at least a Master’s degree in law and at least 3 - 6 years post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Commercial Solicitor, second state exam in Germany or bar admission in Austria are desirable
• Experience of working in a commercial or generalist in-house role
• Experience in technology contracts (e.g. IT / SaaS / software), including negotiating IT / software / SaaS contracts with customers
• Experience in data processing agreements is desirable
