Actively seeking a highly skilled Freelance Senior IAM Engineer with deep expertise in One Identity Manager (OneIM) to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable IAM architecture, integrating One Identity with diverse systems, and driving automation initiatives to enhance identity governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and configure One Identity Manager (OneIM) solutions across complex enterprise environments.
• Develop custom workflows, connectors, and policies to automate identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance processes.
• Integrate One Identity with Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, ServiceNow, and other enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather IAM requirements and ensure alignment with security and business objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues, including user provisioning, synchronization errors, and access control challenges.
• Conduct security reviews and IAM audits to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR).
• Mentor internal stakeholders and document best practices for long-term operational sustainability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Must be able to speak German!
• 5+ years of hands-on IAM engineering experience, with a strong focus on One Identity Manager (OneIM).
• In-depth knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts and best practices.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting, SQL, and custom connector development.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying IAM solutions at an enterprise level.
• Experience integrating One Identity with cloud and on-prem systems.
• Understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance mandates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., One Identity Certified Specialist, CISSP, GIAC, Microsoft Identity) are a plus.

This will be a 6 month project starting immediately with a possibility of an extension for a further 6 months if th project is running well.
