Our small but sharp team of engineers, strategists, and designers works at the intersection of business, AI, and execution. Right now, we're looking for someone to take ownership of a critical growth infrastructure project for our client in the field of higher education.

Tasks

We need a sharp, reliable freelancer who can design and implement a conversion-focused reporting dashboard that combines CRM and web analytics data:

  • Set up a full-funnel reporting dashboard from first website visit to qualified lead to customer.
  • Integrate HubSpot CRM with relevant data sources (web analytics, landing pages, contact forms, events, etc.).
  • Define key funnel metrics and ensure they are captured, visualized, and actionable.
  • Advise on the right tools, structure, and workflow; open to your input.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in growth marketing, marketing ops, or funnel optimization.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, including custom properties, workflows, and integrations.
  • Confidence working with tracking tools, tags, and data pipelines (e.g., Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker Studio, or similar).
  • Proven track record with reverse ETL, no-code tools (e.g., Zapier), or scripting logic.
  • Systems and flows thinking, not isolated dashboards.
  • Bonus: Experience in higher education or other educational institutions (not a dealbreaker).
