Aufgaben

• Verantwortlich für den gesamten Prozess der Veranstaltungsortsuche, von der Recherche bis zum Pitch.
• Leitung und Verwaltung von Veranstaltungs-RFPs: Anforderungen, Kommunikation, Vergleich.

You’re passionate about events, but your superpower lies in destination/venue sourcing and logistics. You know how to dig deep, get creative, and deliver proposals that impress. You understand the RFP process inside and out—from dissecting a brief to submitting a spot-on response, and you can wow clients with creative venue options and solid execution. You’re a detail-lover, a multitasker, a deadline-hitter. You can juggle priorities like a pro and collaborate like a dream.

What you’ll be doing

1. Join client/internal briefings to understand goals and expectations
2. Own the end-to-end venue sourcing process, from research to pitch
3. Lead and manage venue RFPs: requirements, communication, comparison
4. Create creative, tailored proposals with clear budgets and storytelling
5. Negotiate with suppliers and present solutions internally and externally

Must haves

1. 3-5 years in venue/destination sourcing for corporate events in Germany
2. Fluency in written and spoken German and English
3. Strong RFP experience, from creation to response and follow-up
4. Confident in proposal writing, client-facing work, and budget handling
5. Knowledge of EU venues and supplier network, especially in Germany
6. Solid negotiation and problem-solving skills

Nice to haves

1. Fluency in other languages (in addition to German & English)
2. Background in pharma or healthcare events is a strong asset
