Qualifikationen

You’re passionate about events and get a thrill out of exceeding clients’ expectations. Details are important and you are laser-focused on deadlines. A hardcore multitasker, you get a kick out of juggling multiple projects at the same time. But you are also adaptable and happy to both lead large-scale projects and also roll up your sleeves and take on participant and database management when needed. Because for you, it’s all about delivering great experiences!

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Lead all aspects of multiple, large projects from initial briefing to successful delivery and closing
2. Manage all teams assigned to an event and ensure adherence to the client’s operational standards, tools and processes
3. Be the main point of contact for our clients during the implementation phase
4. Monitor timelines and event budgets
5. Occasionally support projects with a focus on delegate and participant management, including database work and guest communications
6. Collaborate with internal and external teams, including suppliers, freelancers, and on-site staff

Must haves

1. 3-5 years in corporate event management in Germany
2. Fluency in written and spoken German and English
3. Strong RFP experience, from creation to response and follow-up
4. Confident in proposal writing, client-facing work, and budget handling
5. Budget creation, management, and consolidation experience
6. Experience using CVent for registrations management

Nice to haves

1. Fluency in other languages (in addition to German & English)
2. Background in pharma or healthcare events is a strong asset
3. Event agency experience
