We’re seeking a creative, proactive Freelance Community Manager to bring the Omio brand to life across social media channels (particularly TikTok). You’ll be responsible for community management, content development, asset coordination, and scheduling posts. Working closely with our content and brand team, you’ll help elevate our voice, boost engagement, and inspire travel across Europe and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

1. Respond to DMs and comments, engaging with followers in a friendly, on-brand tone.
2. Monitor tagged content and mentions; manage reposting and interactions.
3. Escalate customer support issues to the relevant internal teams.
4. Manage content calendars.
5. Publish posts, reels, and stories in line with campaign timelines.
6. Track post performance and engagement metrics.
7. Ideate social-first content concepts.
8. Write engaging captions, keeping copy consistent with TOV and style guides.
9. Blaze a trail when it comes to trends (formats, audio, memes) to inspire new content.

Qualifications

Requirements

1. 2-3+ years experience managing social accounts for consumer-facing brands (travel or lifestyle is a plus).
2. Berlin-based.
3. Comfortable writing short-form, engaging copy in English.
4. Familiarity with content planning tools and basic reporting.
5. Solid eye for design and visual storytelling.
6. Highly organised, independent, and communicative.

2. Experience sourcing and working with UGC.
