Overview
InTheHRChapter, is looking for a Freelance Business Developer (HR Services) to drive commercial growth across global markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven professional with a “hunter” mindset, fluent in both Spanish and English, who thrives in flexible structures and is eager to grow within a mission-driven HR consulting firm. You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting new B2B clients for TheHRChapter’s consulting services.
Location : Remote
Type : Freelance (100% success-based commission)
What you will do
- Proactively identify and reach out to companies with potential HR needs
- Map key decision-makers (CEOs, Talent Directors, Procurement Leaders, etc.)
- Coordinate and lead intro meetings to present the service portfolio
- Tailor commercial messaging based on client type and industry
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, meetings, and closing
- Ensure all activities and interactions are tracked in the CRM
- Share insights and objections from the market to improve our sales strategy
- Collaborate on client loyalty strategies and referrals
Key performance indicators
- Leads generated per month
- Proposals sent per month
- Conversion rate by service line
- Revenue from closed deals
- Frequency and accuracy of CRM updates
What we are looking for
- Minimum 1 year proven experience in B2B service sales (preferably in consulting, HR, talent, or similar sectors)
- Strong commercial skills and a “hunter” mindset
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
- Experience with CRM and digital sales tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Autonomous, analytical, and results-driven
- Open-minded, curious, and eager to learn
- Experience selling similar services outside the consulting sector is a plus
- Knowledge of international markets (Latam, USA, Europe, MENA, Asia) is desirable
