Based in Munich, we bring together companies affected by the same event to assert their rights through collective legal action. By consolidating claims, we provide businesses with a cost-effective and powerful way to pursue compensation, rather than individual legal claims.
Currently, we are managing several high-profile class actions, including one involving 800 companies for over €200 million against the truck cartel, and another with 3,000 German farmers for over €150 million against the German cartel of plant protection wholesalers.
Role Overview:
We are looking for Italian-speaking B2B sales professionals to join our team and play a key role in outbound phone outreach. You will be reaching out to businesses in the packaging sector that may have been affected by the Italian Corrugated Cardboard Cartel (1996-2021, primarily 2004-2017), educating them about our services, collecting necessary documents, and guiding them through the contract signing process. This is a flexible freelance position, with a commitment of 20-30+ hours per week and the ability to work remotely.
