Jobbeschreibung

Position: Fraud Analyst (Student Position) in Cologne

Area of Responsibility

The role involves daily analysis of potentially suspicious software orders. You will work in a young team to help protect the company from fraudulent activities, applying statistical and forensic methods. No prior knowledge is required as training will be provided. A valid Certificate of Good Conduct is necessary for hiring.

Candidate Background

• Enrolled as a student for at least three semesters
• Available for 16-20 hours/week
• Willing to work regularly on weekends, preferably from home after training
• Good analytical skills, able to multitask
• Structured, concentrated, and independent work style
• High attention to detail
• Team-oriented with reliable implementation of methods and processes
• Proficient in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Screen potentially fraudulent software orders and investigate fraud patterns
• Participate in developing fraud prevention strategies and evaluating countermeasures
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
