THE GOAL

As a Franchise Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in our business: selecting, training, and supporting our franchise partners to ensure their success within our ecosystem. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit, promote our concept, and develop a quality network. Success requires management skills in finance, logistics, recruitment, and legal aspects, with potential travel involved.

Who You Work With

Reporting to the: Country Manager

What You Do

  1. Identify and attract franchisee candidates, deliver engaging presentations, manage selection processes, and recruit suitable franchise partners.
  2. Coordinate with the ecosystem to plan and execute the opening of new points of sale.
  3. Organize management of new points of sale.
  4. Support franchise partners during the opening process.
  5. Manage relationships with suppliers.
  6. Prepare franchise agreements, support contract signings, and track deadlines.
  7. Manage and coordinate training sessions and materials with the training centre managers.
  8. Deliver training sessions and collaborate on training content and agendas.
  9. Coordinate with the finance team for invoicing, dashboard updates, claims, and payments.
  10. Build strong relationships with existing franchisees and share best practices.
  11. Maintain communication and manage crises as needed.

Who You Are

  1. Experience in recruitment, training, or sales is beneficial.
  2. Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Curious to learn and explore new ways to find franchise partners.
  4. Capable of working collaboratively within a team and independently.
  5. Reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented.
  6. Knowledge of Asian culture and cuisine is an advantage.
  7. Fluent in English and German.
