Position :

Defenx AB, part of the BV TECH GROUP is seeking a part-time CFO to lead financial, administrative, and compliance operations for its German subsidiary.

This hands-on role combines strategic oversight with day-to-day execution, supporting both local operations and group-level coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead financial reporting and compliance in line with German regulations
• Manage outsourced accounting and oversee month / year-end close
• Establish and run customer billing and revenue processes
• Ensure governance, statutory compliance, and audit readiness
• Oversee payroll, vendor management, and office administration
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and a key link to the Divisional CFO
• Support scalable growth and long-term planning

Qualifications :

• Degree in Finance / Accounting; CPA / ACCA or German equivalent preferred
• 7+ years of experience, ideally in multinational or growth settings
• Strong knowledge of German tax, accounting, and governance rules
• Experience with outsourced finance functions and billing systems
• Fluent in German and English; proactive and detail-oriented

Additional information :

• Part-time position : 2–3 working days per week
• Reports To : CEO (Germany) and Divisional CFO
