Qualifikationen

JOIN OUR TEAM

As a FPA & Controlling Manager, you will oversee key financial processes at Westwing and have the opportunity to drive them forward. You will work closely with the Finance Executive Team, participating in strategic and operational decisions at both group and entity levels. This position is unlimited and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create, prepare, and evaluate key figures for monthly reports.
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Design, implement, and improve reporting, forecasting, and planning activities.
• Derive business recommendations from financial analysis; conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed.
• Collaborate across teams, functions, and countries; act as an interface with stakeholders on financial controlling topics.
• Question existing processes and develop new strategic controlling areas.

YOU COME WITH

• University degree in economics, business administration, or similar, preferably with a major in Finance/Controlling.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance, cost controlling, or accounting, ideally in a tech startup environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; PowerBI, SQL, and Tableau are advantageous.
• Knowledge of ERP and reporting systems, ideally Business Central and LucaNet.
• Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach and focus on fast, accurate execution.
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented work style.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills; passion for impact and multicultural collaboration.
• Fluency in English.
