Are you passionate about combining financial insight with real business impact? Join us as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager at Kleinanzeigenand help shape the future of our B2C business. You'll be a key partner to our B2C leadership team—driving growth, guiding strategy, and helping us make smarter, faster decisions.

In this individual contributor role, you will work closely with B2C leadership to provide insightful financial analysis, driving robust planning and forecasting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will report to the Head of FP&A.

Your main tasks will be:
Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Lead the annual long-term planning and budgeting process for the B2C business, ensuring financial plans are realistic, data-driven, and aligned with market trends and strategic goals.

  • Develop rolling forecasts that reflect key business drivers, pricing adjustments, and their expected impact.

  • Build financial models to evaluate pricing scenarios and support strategic decision-making

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze business performance, including revenue and margin trends by category, and link financial results to market dynamics and competitive landscape.

  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, highlight potential risks, and uncover opportunities to improve performance—both in revenue generation and cost efficiency.

  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including subscriber growth, profitability, and average deal size.

Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the B2C leadership team, offering clear financial insights while constructively challenging ideas and encouraging ambitious yet achievable goals.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to assess campaign effectiveness, calculate return on investment (ROI), and develop models for customer acquisition cost (CAC) and customer lifetime value (CLTV).

Who you are:
  • You bring 5 to 7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business planning, or a related role, ideally within e-commerce, tech, or a fast-paced digital environment.

  • You have strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with financial planning tools is a plus.

  • You are confident working with financial statements and accounting concepts, and can translate data into clear narratives for different audiences.

  • You're proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

  • Experience with or knowledge of the German e-commerce or re-commerce market is a plus
