• Product Mindset: Our tech stack includes TypeScript, React, Node, Postgres as well as temporal.io. But more than familiarity with any specific technology, we value a customer-centric approach and ability to ship end-to-end features.
• Ability to Work Fast in a High-Ambiguity Environment: As an early-stage startup, we’re inventing a product as well as building it. We’re moving fast. If you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software in a strong engineering team, that’s a big plus.
• Desire to Work Out of Our HQ in Berlin: We believe quality of interactions is higher in an in-person environment. We collaborate deeply and often communicate by tapping one another on the shoulder.
