RxREVU, Inc. is hiring a founding‑stage full‑stack engineer in Munich to own the core product for real‑time optimization of industrial battery storage systems. You will build backend services and optimization algorithms and craft frontend dashboards for operators.
You will design scalable cloud infrastructure and deploy production‑ready solutions, collaborating across the team to shape product features and requirements. German fluency and startup experience are valued.
This is a founding-stage full-stack engineering role at an early-stage energy software startup, where you will own the core product that drives real-time optimization and forecasting for industrial battery storage systems. You will have a direct and significant impact on both the product and the trajectory of the company.
Build and own backend services and optimization algorithms to process energy asset data in real time.
Develop frontend dashboards that allow battery operators to monitor and control assets.
Design and scale cloud infrastructure to support thousands of battery systems.
Deploy production-ready optimizations and iterate based on real-world feedback.
Collaborate across the team to define product features and requirements.
Up to five years of work experience, with a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Electrical Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's, grade better than 2.0), completed no earlier than 2023.
Full-stack fluency: React and TypeScript on the frontend (Next.js preferred), and Python on the backend.
Experience with Tailwind CSS.
Solid grounding in mixed-integer optimization, ideally with production deployments.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Prior experience at an early-stage startup (under 3 years old and fewer than 50 employees).
A semester abroad at a strong university is a plus.
Genuine interest in the energy sector; prior energy industry experience is a bonus.
Fluent or near-fluent German, as most customers operate in German.
Evidence of high achievement beyond standard employment, such as selective extracurricular involvement, founding experience, or comparable demonstrations of drive and talent.
Salary range: 70,000 to 100,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, five days per week. No remote arrangement is available for this role.
