EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join as hands-on product developers. You will own embedded software, electronics, and system architecture, integrating hardware, firmware, and software into end-to-end products while leading debugging, testing, and deployment.

You will shape the technical priorities and product roadmap, working closely with founders, customers, and a world-class engineering team to scale. Excellent English communication is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in embedded software and electronics.
• Strong end-to-end ownership and proactive problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Tasks

• You will own hands‑on product development across embedded software, electronics, connected devices, and system architecture.
• You will integrate hardware, firmware, and software into reliable end‑to‑end products, leading debugging, testing, production readiness, and deployment.
• You will shape technical priorities and the product roadmap, work closely with founders and customers, and build the engineering capabilities needed to scale.
