Job summary

EWOR GmbH in Köln is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our bold, fast-growing team. You will own hands-on product development across embedded software, electronics, and connected devices, shaping end-to-end systems from idea to deployment.

You will collaborate with founders and customers, prioritize technical roadmaps, and build the engineering capabilities required to scale. Excellent English communication is essential, and location/work arrangement expectations must be met.

• Own hands-on product development across embedded software, electronics, connected devices, and system architecture.
• Integrate hardware, firmware, and software into end-to-end products, leading debugging, testing, production readiness, and deployment.
• Shape technical priorities and the product roadmap, work closely with founders and customers, and build the engineering capabilities needed to scale.
