RxREVU, Inc. seeks a founding leader to drive the European rollout from Munich, partnering directly with the CEO.

You will blend hands-on agent development, high-touch customer collaboration, and early team-building across the region to turn large enterprises into AI-native operators. You will own go-to-market strategy, diagnose high-value AI opportunities, and build and scale agents and workflows to demonstrate value.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience shipping AI agents, workflows, or production ML/AI features in enterprise environments.
• Strong grasp of model selection, routing, evaluation design, data residency, and integration architecture.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and manage renewals and expansion in large, complex organizations.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management across executive and operational levels at enterprise customers.
• Commercial track record influencing renewal and account expansion.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, or building a European deployment or customer success team.

About the Role

This is a founding role at a Y Combinator-backed enterprise AI startup, leading the European rollout from Munich and partnering directly with the CEO. You will turn large enterprises into AI-native operators, combining hands-on agent development, high-touch customer partnership, and early team-building across the region.

What You'll Do

• Lead the European go-to-market rollout, working closely with the CEO on strategy and execution.

• Diagnose high-leverage AI opportunities at enterprise customers and prioritize the highest-value use cases.

• Build initial agents and workflows to demonstrate value, then scale adoption organization-wide.

• Run agent hackathons and coach C-suite stakeholders on AI transformation and rollout strategy.

• Navigate complex internal enterprise politics to identify champions, remove blockers, and build relationships at every level.

• Represent customer needs back to product and engineering, advocating for features and changes that drive outcomes.

• Hire, mentor, and shape the European deployment team as the company scales.

• Systematically automate manual work within your own role using the platform's agent capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience shipping AI agents, workflows, or production ML/AI features in enterprise environments, not consulting.

• Strong grasp of model selection, routing, evaluation design, data residency, and integration architecture.

• Proven ability to drive adoption and manage renewals and expansion in large, complex organizations.

• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across both executive and operational levels at enterprise customers.

• Commercial track record influencing revenue outcomes such as renewals and account expansion.

• Experience hiring, mentoring, or building a European deployment or customer success team.

• High ownership mindset, strong bias for action, and comfort operating with low ego in a fast-moving environment.

• Native-level German fluency, with a base in Munich or willingness to relocate.
