Your Playing Field

You are our outbound engine . You build and manage your pipeline, you call freight forwarders and convert initial contact into revenue. Full ownership, direct reporting line to the founders, visible impact from day 1. You want to earn your spurs in sales to become a leadership person in the B2B SaaS sector.

  • Outreach with a smile : Identify decision-makers, prepare outreach and pick up the phone
  • Use technology (e.g. AI) to automate tasks and enhance sales performance
  • Deal ownership : Qualify leads, schedule demos and close deals.
  • Pipeline & forecast : Maintain our CRM, drive deals cleanly through stages and hit quarterly targets.
  • Feedback loop : Cluster objections, feed the product team and iterate playbooks.
  • Scaling : Once processes are established, recruit and coach SDRs.

Qualifikation

  • You're excited about sales & direct contact with people
  • 1-3 years experience in B2B SaaS, consulting or logistics
  • Fluent German & English (spoken and written) – additional languages as a “+”
  • Basic CRM knowledge (e.g. in Pipedrive, HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • High self-motivation & persistence
